Here are a few things to keep in mind as you apply to be on the Texas Touring Roster.
Evaluators will score your application with the TCA Review Criteria.
Refer to the FAQ if you have questions.
Here are three short training videos to help you with this application:
1 of 3: Touring Roster Program Overview (required)
2 of 3: Application Walk-through
Individuals and performing groups residing primarily in Texas are eligible to apply.
Nonprofit organizations that are recognized by the IRS as Texas-based organizations are also eligible.
One application per artist/group. If you work as a soloist and in a group, you can indicate in your group's application that soloists (or smaller groups) are also available.
This is for placement on the Texas Touring Roster from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2028.
The information you enter in this application form will be the basis for your roster profile for that time period. TCA is always glad to update contact information, but will not update your roster profile (photograph, roster program description, and fee ranges.)
TCA will require a webinar training for all approved companies and artists to ensure familiarity with the TCA grant processes.

To request TCA staff review a draft of your application for feedback:
Email draft@arts.texas.gov and request staff review your application. Be sure to include the name of your touring company/artist and clear information on who to respond back to with the feedback on your draft.
